       The Committee on Transportation (Joyner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 8 - 9
    4  and insert:
    5  Section 1. Part III of chapter 343, Florida Statutes, consisting
    6  of sections 343.71, 343.72, 343.73, 343.74, 343.75, 343.76, and
    7  343.77, is repealed. Any assets or liabilities of the Tampa Bay
    8  Commuter Transit Authority are transferred to the Tampa Bay Area
    9  Regional Transportation Authority as created under s. 343.92.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 2 - 4
   14  and insert:
   15  An act relating to transportation; repealing part III of ch. 343
   16  F.S., relating to the Tampa Bay Commuter Transit Authority;
   17  transferring any assets to the Tampa Bay Area Regional
   18  Transportation Authority; providing an effective date.
