       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (611714)

    3         Delete line 39
    4  and insert:
    5         State Highway System. However, the department may, by
    6  interlocal agreement, contract with counties and municipalities
    7  to allow the use of traffic infraction detectors to enforce s.
    8  316.074(1) or s. 316.075(1)(c)1. on the State Highway System and
    9  funds from the fines will be distributed as provided in s.
   10  318.18(15)(c).
