       Senator Haridopolos moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (611714) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 292 - 300
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) One hundred fifty dollars for a violation of s.
    6  316.074(1) or s. 316.075(1)(c)1. when a driver has failed to
    7  stop at a traffic signal and when enforced by a county or
    8  municipality’s traffic infraction enforcement officer. Seventy
    9  dollars shall be distributed to the county or municipality
   10  issuing the citation, $55 shall be distributed to the General
   11  Revenue Fund, and the remaining $25 shall be remitted to the
   12  Department of Revenue for deposit into the Department of Health
   13  Administrative Trust Fund.
