       The Committee on Military Affairs and Domestic Security (Peaden)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 41 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5  good standing of the active Florida National Guard who enroll in
    6  an authorized course of study at a public or nonpublic
    7  institution of higher learning in the state, which has been
    8  accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the United
    9  States Department of Education or licensed by the Florida
   10  Commission for Independent Education. This program shall be
   11  known as the Education Dollars for Duty (EDD) program.

   16  and insert:
