       (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (961946)

    3         Delete lines 41 - 43
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) A person who violates this section commits a
    6  misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s.
    7  775.082 or s. 775.083.
