       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         
    3         Delete lines 28 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) A person may not:
    6         (a) Knowingly engage in any sexual conduct or sexual
    7  contact with an animal;
    8         (b) Knowingly cause, aid, or abet another person to engage
    9  in any sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal;
   10         (c) Knowingly permit any sexual conduct or sexual contact
   11  with an animal to be conducted on any premises under his or her
   12  charge or control; or
   13         (d) Knowingly organize, promote, conduct, advertise, aid,
   14  abet, participate in as an observer, or perform any service in
   15  the furtherance of an act involving any sexual conduct or sexual
   16  contact with an animal for a commercial or recreational purpose.
