       Senators Deutch, Wilson, and Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 65
    4  and insert:
    5  funding organization or to a public school, earmarked to provide
    6  special assistance, tutoring, mentoring, and remediation
    7  services to eligible students meeting the criteria in subsection
    8  (3) until such students achieve grade-level performance at the
    9  public school at which they are enrolled. The taxpayer making
   10  the contribution may
