       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 828 and 829
    4  insert:
    5         (6) A privately owned clinic, facility, or office that
    6  advertises in any medium for any type of pain-management
    7  services or employs one or more physicians who are primarily
    8  engaged in the treatment of pain by prescribing or dispensing
    9  controlled substances is exempt from the registration provisions
   10  in subsection (4) if the majority of the physicians who provide
   11  services in the clinic, facility, or office primarily provide
   12  surgical services.
