    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (897738)

    3         Delete lines 105 - 111
    4  and insert:
    5         1. For DROP effective dates occurring before July 1, 2010,
    6  if in the event the Deferred Retirement Option Program
    7  participant is should be employed by any such employer within
    8  the next calendar month, termination will be deemed not to have
    9  occurred, except as provided in s. 121.091(13)(b)4.c. A leave of
