    4  insert:
    5         Section 24. Effective June 1, 2010, subsection (13) of
    6  section 121.091, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 105
   11  and insert:
   12         repealing s. 121.091(13), F.S.; relating to the
   13         Deferred Retirement Option Program; providing a
