       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Deutch) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 120 - 123
    4  and insert:
    5         (10) The board shall review the results of the state and
    6  national criminal records checks to determine whether an
    7  applicant has committed acts or offenses that disqualify the
    8  applicant from licensure.
    9         (11) A person or auction business whose license has been
   10  revoked is ineligible for relicensure for 5 years following the
   11  date of revocation.
