Section 787.07, Florida Statutes, is created to 6 read: 7 787.07 Human smuggling.— 8 (1) A person who transports into this state an individual 9 who the person knows, or should know, is illegally entering the 10 United States from another country commits a misdemeanor of the 11 first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 12 775.083. 13 (2) A person commits a separate offense for each individual 14 he or she transports into this state in violation of this 15 section. 16 Section 2.
