| 4 | Remove line 364 and insert: |
| 5 | reduced by 5 percent. For the 2009-2010 fiscal year only, the |
| 6 | authorized legislative salary of any member of the Legislature |
| 7 | who is also employed by another state agency and whose initial |
| 8 | date of employment by the state was at any time after his or her |
| 9 | initial election to the Legislature, shall be reduced by 100 |
| 10 | percent of his or her legislative salary for 2009-2010, if that |
| 11 | nonlegislative salary exceeds $70,000. This paragraph expires |
| 12 | July 1, 2010. |
