4	Between lines 1014 and 1015, insert:
5	Section 15.  Subsection (15) is added to section 409.9122,
6	Florida Statutes, to read:
7	409.9122  Mandatory Medicaid managed care enrollment;
8	programs and procedures.--
9	(15)  A Medicaid beneficiary enrolled in a prepaid mental
10	health plan because the beneficiary chose or was assigned to a
11	provider service network that converts to a health maintenance
12	organization may maintain enrollment in a MediPass prepaid
13	mental health plan until the next annual open enrollment period,
14	at which time the beneficiary may choose to change plans.
