       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 25 and 26
    4  insert:
    5         (2) Each month the clerk of the court shall transfer $50
    6  from the proceeds of the court cost, less $1 from each sum
    7  collected which the clerk shall retain as a service charge, to
    8  the Department of Revenue for deposit into the Department of
    9  Children and Family Services’ Grants and Donations Trust Fund
   10  for disbursement to the Office of the Statewide Guardian Ad
   11  Litem and $100 to the Department of Revenue for deposit into the
   12  Department of Children and Family Services Grants and Donations
   13  Trust Fund for disbursement to the Florida Network of Children’s
   14  Advocacy Centers, Inc., for the purpose of funding children’s
   15  advocacy centers that are members of the network. The clerk
   16  shall retain $1 from each sum collected as a service charge.

   27  and insert:
   28         providing for distribution of a portion of the court
   29         costs to the Office of the Statewide Guardian Ad Litem

   31         Centers, Inc.; providing an effective date.
