       The Committee on Health Regulation (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 65 - 71
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Has read and understands the warnings given by the
    6  tanning facility;,
    7         (b) Consents to the minor’s use of a tanning device;, and
    8         (c) Agrees that the minor will use the provided protective
    9  eyewear; and.
   10         (d)Authorizes a specified number of tanning sessions for
   11  the minor during a 12-month period, not to exceed the maximum
   12  exposure time recommended by the manufacturer of the tanning
   13  device or the maximum number of tanning sessions allowed by
   14  department rule.
