       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means
       (Haridopolos) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 218 - 219
    4  and insert:
    5  November 2010, and section 8 of this act shall take effect
    6  January 1, 2010.
