House Comm: RCS . 03/04/2009 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Health Regulation (Gaetz) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 267 - 271 4 and insert: 5 (7) A registration under this section automatically expires 6 upon the licensure renewal date of the qualifying practitioner’s 7 professional license, unless the qualifying practitioner has 8 previously notified the department that he or she has 9 discontinued serving as the qualifying practitioner for an 10 establishment of a business entity or the registration has been 11 previously revoked. The department shall provide for a 12 qualifying practitioner to renew his or her registration as a 13 qualifying practitioner for an establishment of a business 14 entity as a part of the renewal of the practitioner’s 15 professional license. 16 17 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 18 And the title is amended as follows: 19 Delete line 18 20 and insert: 21 practitioner and business entity; providing for expiration of 22 the registration of a qualifying practitioner and for renewal of 23 the registration; requiring the
