       The Committee on Health Regulation (Gaetz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 60 and 61
    4  insert:
    5         (3) The council shall verify the cost-effectiveness and
    6  clinical efficacy of any state contracts under s. 381.0203(1),
    7  Florida Statutes, no less than once every two years.
