    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (136972) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 12 - 13
    5  and insert:
    6  of state legal precedent or this section. This subsection does
    7  not apply to impact fees adopted before July 1, 2009.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 32 - 33
   12  and insert:
   13         evidence; providing nonapplication for impact fees
   14         that are not adopted before a specified date;
   15         prohibiting certain local
