       Senator Baker moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (797855) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 1688 - 1690
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 34. Subsections (4) and (6) of section 369.317,
    7  Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
    8         369.317 Wekiva Parkway.—
    9         (4) Access to properties adjacent to SR 46 shall be
   10  maintained through appropriate neighborhood streets or frontage
   11  roads integrated into the parkway design. Neither the
   12  construction of a new toll facility nor the imposition of a toll
   13  on an existing state highway system facility may eliminate a
   14  nontolled alternative within the corridor serving similar
   15  origins and destinations.

   18         And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete line 3025
   20  and insert:
   21         relating to Wekiva Parkway; providing that an
   22         nontolled, alternative route within the Wekiva Parkway
   23         does not become a tolled route under certain
   24         conditions; providing that the use of
