       Senator Wilson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 653 and 654
    4  insert:
    5         Section 16. Paragraph (c) of subsection (4) of section
    6  348.0003, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         348.0003 Expressway authority; formation; membership.—
    8         (4)
    9         (c) Members of each expressway an authority, transportation
   10  authority, bridge authority, or toll authority created pursuant
   11  to this chapter, chapter 343, chapter 349, or any other law
   12  shall be required to comply with the applicable financial
   13  disclosure requirements of s. 8, Art. II of the State
   14  Constitution. However, members of such authorities, other than
   15  expressway authorities, are subject only to the requirements of
   16  this paragraph and not to any other provision of this part.
