       The Committee on Higher Education (Lynn) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 52 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5  profit educational institution which references the Stanley G.
    6  Tate Florida Prepaid College Program shall clearly state the
    7  following: “While the benefits of the Florida Prepaid College
    8  contract may be used at this institution, the Florida Prepaid
    9  College Board does not endorse any particular educational
