       The Committee on Higher Education Appropriations (King)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 61 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (10) of section 744.1083, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 7 - 9
   11  and insert:
   12         to career centers; repealing s. 744.1083(10), F.S.,
   13         relating to the authorization of certain colleges or
   14         universities to register as a professional guardian;
   15         providing an effective date.
