       Senator Haridopolos moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 332 and 333
    4  insert:
    5         (m) Any governmental entity may consider a contractor
    6  ineligible to bid if the contractor has been found guilty by a
    7  court of any violation of federal labor or employment tax laws
    8  regarding subjects such as safety, tax withholding, workers
    9  compensation, unemployment tax, social security and Medicare
   10  tax, wage or hour, or prevailing rate laws within the past 5
   11  years.

   15         Delete line 28
   16  and insert:
