       Senator Oelrich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Services for the mentally ill under chapter 394;
    6         (f) Assisted living services in accordance with chapter
    7  429; or
    8         (g) Hospice services in accordance with chapter 400.
    9  
   10  The term also includes any private corporation organized not for
   11  profit which offers independent living facilities and services
   12  as part of a retirement community that provides nursing home
   13  care services or assisted living services on the same campus
   14  hospital or nursing home care services in accordance with
   15  chapter 395 or chapter 400 or life care services in accordance
   16  with chapter 651, and also includes facilities licensed under
   17  chapters 393 and 394.
