       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (497548) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 34 - 105
    5  and insert:
    6         (c) Choose Life license plate funds generated in counties
    7  that do not have a qualified service provider or have not
    8  submitted an attestation within the last 12 months shall be
    9  redistributed by the department, in an equitable manner, to
   10  counties having a qualified service provider.

   13         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 29 - 30
   15  and insert:
   16         Section 5. Paragraph (c) of subsection (29) of section

   18  (72) are added to

   22         Delete lines 160 - 162
   23  and insert:
   24         Ronald McDonald Houses of Florida; revising provisions
   25         for distribution of such use fees; creating
