       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Delete line 279
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Choose Life, Inc., a nonprofit entity under s.
    6  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, shall receive 10 percent
    7  of the fees, which shall be used for administrative expenses and
    8  for marketing the license plate.
    9         (d) Choose Life license plate funds generated in counties
