       Senator Deutch moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 283
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  counties having a qualified service provider. For the purposes
    7  of this paragraph, the term “qualified service provider” means
    8  an entity that provides medically accurate information and
    9  materials with reference sources for any and all statements of a
   10  medical nature. Sources may include, but are not limited to,
   11  entities such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,
   12  the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and
   13  peer-reviewed health science journals such as the Journal of the
   14  American Medical Association.
