       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (497548) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 93 - 97
    4  and insert:
    5         shall make copies available to a state agency charged with
    6  auditing the county. Any unused funds that exceed 10 percent of
    7  the funds received by an agency during its fiscal year must be
    8  returned to the county, which shall distribute them to other
    9  qualified agencies. Each service provider that receives such
   10  funds must submit a report detailing the amount of Choose Life
   11  license plate funds received, directly or indirectly, the number
   12  of women served through these funds, and services provided
   13  through these funds by February 1 of each year to the Department
   14  of Health.
