       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 136
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, except
    6  that provisions amending s. 320.08058(32), Florida Statutes,
    7  relating to the United We Stand license plates shall take effect
    8  September 1, 2009.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 10 - 11
   13  and insert:
   14         from the sale of such plates: providing effective
   15         dates.
