       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 113 and 114
    4  insert:
    5         Section 11. Samuel B. Love Memorial Highway designated;
    6  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) The portion of Sunset Harbor Road between Southeast
    8  105th Avenue and Southeast 115th Avenue in Marion County is
    9  designated as the “Samuel B. Love Memorial Highway.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating the Samuel B. Love Memorial Highway
   12  as described in subsection (1).
