       Senator Oelrich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 35 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Stan Mayfield Memorial Highway designated;
    6  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) The portion of State Road 60 beginning directly west of
    8  the Interstate 95 interchange in Indian River County and ending
    9  at State Road 441 in Osceola County is designated as the “Stan
   10  Mayfield Memorial Highway.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating the Stan Mayfield Memorial Highway
   13  as described in subsection (1).
   14         Section 2. Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams
   15  Memorial Overpass designated; Department of Transportation to
   16  erect suitable markers.—
   17         (1) The overpass on State Road 464/SW 17th Street in Ocala
   18  from SW 12th Avenue to U.S. Highway 27/301/441, State Road
   19  25/500, SE Pine Avenue in Marion County is designated as the
   20  “Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams Memorial
   21  Overpass.”
   22         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   23  suitable markers designating the Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and
   24  Jim H. Williams Memorial Overpass as described in subsection
   25  (1).
   26         Section 3. Deputy Hal P. Croft and Ronald Jackson Memorial
   27  Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
   28  suitable markers.—
   29         (1) The portion of State Road 100 in Union County is
   30  designated as the “Deputy Hal P. Croft and Ronald Jackson
   31  Memorial Highway.”
   32         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   33  suitable markers designating the Deputy Hal P. Croft and Ronald
   34  Jackson Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   35         Section 4. Correctional Officer Adam Michael Sanderson
   36  Memorial Highway designated; Department of Transportation to
   37  erect suitable markers.—
   38         (1) The portion of State Road 231 South beginning at the
   39  Lake Butler city limit sign in Union County and ending at the
   40  Bradford county line is designated as the “Correctional Officer
   41  Adam Michael Sanderson Memorial Highway.”
   42         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   43  suitable markers designating the Correctional Officer Adam
   44  Michael Sanderson Memorial Highway as described in subsection
   45  (1).

   50  and insert:
   51         An act relating to road designations; designating the

   54         MacKay and Jim H. Williams Memorial Overpass in Ocala;
   55         designating the Deputy Hal P. Croft and Ronald Jackson
   56         Memorial Highway in Union County; designating the
   57         Correctional Officer Adam Michael Sanderson Memorial
   58         Highway in Union County;
