       Senator Hill moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Between lines 198 and 199
    5  insert:
    6         Section 19. Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings Avenue designated;
    7  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) The portion of Edgewood Avenue West between New Kings
    9  Road/U.S. 1 and Lem Turner Road in Duval County is designated as
   10  Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings Avenue.
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating Earl S. “Coach” Kitchings Avenue as
   13  described in subsection (1).

   17         Delete line 30
   18  and insert:
   19         Counties; designating the K. Earl Durden Highway;
   20         directing the Department of Transportation to erect

   23         Transportation to erect suitable markers;
