       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 143 and 144
    4  insert:
    5         Section 14. K. Earl Durden Highway designated; Department
    6  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) The portion of State Road 79 between U.S. Highway 98
    8  and the B.V. Buchanan Bridge in Bay County is designated as the
    9  “K. Earl Durden Highway.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating the K. Earl Durden Highway as
   12  described in subsection (1).

   18  and insert:
   19         Transportation to erect suitable markers; designating
