       Senator Lawson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 113 - 114
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 11. Ray Charles Memorial Parkway designated;
    6  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) The portion of U.S. Highway 90 within Greenville in
    8  Madison County is designated as the “Ray Charles Memorial
    9  Parkway.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating the Ray Charles Memorial Parkway as
   12  described in subsection (1).
