       The Committee on Transportation (Baker) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 18 and 19
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams
    6  Memorial Bridge designated; Department of Transportation to
    7  erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) The overpass on SR 464/SW 17th Street in Ocala from SW
    9  12th Avenue to US 27/301/441, SR 25/500, SE Pine Avenue in
   10  Marion County is designated as the “Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay
   11  and Jim H. Williams Memorial Bridge.”
   12         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   13  suitable markers designating the Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and
   14  Jim H. Williams Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
   15         Section 3. Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge
   16  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   17  markers.—
   18         (1) The bridge on U.S. Highway 19/98 in Citrus County at
   19  the Cross Florida Barge Canal is designated as the “Trooper
   20  Ronald Gordon Smith Memorial Bridge.”
   21         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   22  suitable markers designating the Trooper Ronald Gordon Smith
   23  Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
   24         Section 4. Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway
   25  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   26  markers.—
   27         (1) The portion of I-95 between Baymeadows Road and State
   28  Road 16 in Duval County is designated as the “Coach Jermaine D.
   29  Hall Memorial Highway.”
   30         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   31  suitable markers designating the Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial
   32  Highway as described in subsection (1).
   33         Section 5. Orange Bowl Way designated; Department of
   34  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   35         (1) Northwest 77th Court in Miami Lakes is designated as
   36  “Orange Bowl Way.”
   37         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   38  suitable markers designating Orange Bowl Way as described in
   39  subsection (1).
   40         Section 6. Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge designated;
   41  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   42         (1) The portion of Northbound Palmetto connecting
   43  Northbound I-75 in Miami Date County is designated as "Andrew J.
   44  Capeletti Memorial Bridge."
   45         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   46  suitable markers designating the Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial
   47  Bridge as described in subsection (1).
   48         Section 7. Johnny C. Treadwell Highway designated;
   49  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   50         (1) The portion of State Road 46 in Lake County between
   51  South Round Lade Road and County Road 435 is designated as the
   52  “Johnny C. Treadwell Highway.”
   53         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   54  suitable markers designating the Johnny C. Treadwell Highway as
   55  described in subsection (1).
   56         Section 8. Heather Hurd Memorial Highway designated;
   57  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   58         (1) The portion of US Highway 27 in Polk County between
   59  Sand Mine Road and U.S. Highway 192 is designated as the
   60  “Heather Hurd Memorial Highway.”
   61         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   62  suitable markers designating the Heather Hurd Memorial Highway
   63  as described in subsection (1).
   64         Section 9. Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway
   65  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   66  markers.—
   67         (1) The portion of US Highway 19 north of Perry between
   68  Slaughter Road and Harrison Blue Boulevard is designated as the
   69  “Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway.”
   70         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   71  suitable markers designating the Trooper Charles Eugene Campbell
   72  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).

   81  designating the Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway in Duval
   82  County; designating Orange Bowl Way in Miami Lakes; designating
   83  the Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge; designating the Johnny
   84  C. Treadwell Highway in Duval County; designating the Heather
   85  Hurd Memorial Highway in Duval County; designating the Trooper
   86  Charles Eugene Campbell Memorial Highway; directing the
   87  Department of
