       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 113 and 114
    4  insert:
    5  Section 11. Michael G. Rippe Parkway designated; Department of
    6  Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
    7  	(1) Upon its completion, that portion of SR 739 in Lee
    8  County known as the Metro Parkway Extension between Six Mile
    9  Cypress Parkway and U.S. 41/Alico Road is designated as the
   10  "Michael G. Rippe Parkway."
   11  	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating the Michael G. Rippe Parkway as
   13  described in subsection (1).
