       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 67 and 68
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section
    6  723.071, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         723.071 Sale of mobile home parks.—
    8         (3)
    9         (b) As used in subsection (1), the term “offer” means any
   10  solicited or unsolicited offer to buy the park solicitation by
   11  the park owner to the general public.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 22
   16  and insert:
   17         amending s. 723.071, F.S.; redefining the term “offer”
   18         for purposes of the sale of a mobile home park;
   19         providing an effective date.
