       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 44 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5  no board. The department shall use qualified outside
    6  professional testing vendors services for the development,
    7  preparation, and evaluation of examinations, when such services
    8  are economically and viably available and approved by the
    9  department board.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 8 - 12
   14  and insert:
   15  responsibilities related to examinations; revising certain
   16  requirements for the department concerning the use of outside
   17  vendors for the development, preparation, and evaluation of
   18  examinations; providing an effective date.
