       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Diaz de la Portilla)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Between lines 47 and 48
    5  insert:
    6         Section 3. Subsections (1) and (7) of section 509.233,
    7  Florida Statutes, are repealed.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:

   12         Delete line 12
   13  and insert:
   14         circumstances; repealing s. 509.233(1) and (7), F.S.,
   15         relating to a 3-year pilot program for local
   16         governments to allow patrons’ dogs within certain
   17         designated outdoor portions of public food service
   18         establishments; abrogating the repeal of the program;
   19         providing an effective date.
