| 4 | Remove lines 2065-2072 and insert: |
| 5 | (c) The opening bid On property assessed on the latest tax |
| 6 | roll as homestead property shall include, in addition to the |
| 7 | amount of money required for an opening bid on nonhomestead |
| 8 | property, an amount equal to one-half of the latest just |
| 9 | assessed value of the homestead. Payment of one-half of the just |
| 10 | assessed value of the homestead property shall not be required |
| 11 | if the tax certificate to which the application relates was sold |
| 12 | prior to January 1, 1982. |
