    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to animal shelter
    3         related facilities; expressing the legislative intent
    4         to revise laws relating to animal shelter-related
    5         facilities; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to animal shelter-related facilities.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
