    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 73.0155(5), F.S.,
    4         relating to a public-records exemption for business
    5         information provided by a business owner to a
    6         governmental condemning authority for the purpose of
    7         making an offer of business damages; saving the
    8         exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset
    9         Review Act; deleting provisions providing for repeal
   10         of the exemption; providing an effective date.

   12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   13         
   14         Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 73.0155, Florida
   15  Statutes, is repealed.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2009.
