 EXPLANATION:
This amendment restores 17.5 non sworn vacant FTE to 
the Florida Highway Patrol and elminates 15 vacant 
FTE within the Division of Driver Licensure. The 
amendment also makes a technical correction to the 
bill restoring 4 FTE with no appropriation.
