 EXPLANATION:
Revises proviso language following Specific 
Appropriations 2031 and 2085 to allow sponsorships, 
local contributions and/or federal funds to be used 
for road ranger services in the Department of 
Transportation.

From  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  2031,  an amount not to exceed
$8,440,000 may be used for the Road Ranger program.

and insert in lieu thereof:

From funds in Specific Appropriation 2031, an amount not to exceed 
$8,440,000 in state revenues may be used for the Road Ranger program.   
Road Ranger services provided through sponsorships, local contributions 
or federal funds are not restricted.
