Following Specific Appropriation 2004, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2004, $3,700,000 shall be for
the construction of a Rail Switching Track in the Florida East Coast
Railroad right of way, south of Martin Luther King Boulevard in Palm
Beach County, in order to improve emergency vehicle response time and
reduce traffic delay impact in the surrounding neighborhoods.
