At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 1570, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1570, up to $1,000,000 shall be
used on a one to one match basis with the HUD Stimulus Operating Funds
distributed to Public Housing Authorities as defined in section 421.04,
Florida Statutes during fiscal year 2009-2010, in order to assist in the
preservation and rehabilitation of dwellings which are 30 years or older
under control by Public Housing Authorities.
