       The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Aronberg)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 82
    4  and insert:
    5  agreement by a condominium association. A property insurance
    6  policy or program originally issued before January 1, 2000,
    7  which has provided uninterrupted property insurance coverage and
    8  provided coverage for a group of no fewer than three communities
    9  is not subject to review and approval by the Office of Insurance
   10  Regulation until renewed after July 1, 2009. Such coverage or
   11  program may not exist beyond July 1, 2010.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 9
   16  and insert:
   17         association may provide adequate property insurance;
   18         providing that certain property insurance policies or
   19         programs are not subject to review and approval by the
   20         Office of Insurance Regulation; prohibiting such
   21         coverage or program from existing beyond a specified
   22         date;
