3     Amendment to Amendment (069089) (with directory and title
4amendments)
5     Remove lines 219-243 and insert:
6     (1)
7     (d)  No person, political committee, or committee of
8continuous existence may, in any election, make contributions in
9excess of $5,000 to an electioneering communications
10organization that makes any coordinated expenditure as provided
11in s. 106.011. For purposes of this subsection, the primary
12election and general election are not separate elections.
13     (2)(a)  A candidate may not accept contributions from
14national, state, including any subordinate committee of a
15national, state, or county committee of a political party, and
16county executive committees of a political party, which
17contributions in the aggregate exceed $50,000, no more than
18$25,000 of which may be accepted prior to the 28-day period
19immediately preceding the date of the general election.
20     (b)  A candidate for statewide office may not accept
21contributions from national, state, or county executive
22committees of a political party, including any subordinate
23committee of a national, state, or county committee of a
24political party, which contributions in the aggregate exceed
25$250,000, no more than $125,000 of which may be accepted prior
26to the 28-day period immediately preceding the date of the
27general election. Polling services, research services, costs for
28campaign staff, including office expenses, professional
29consulting services, communications media, and telephone calls
30are not contributions to be counted toward the contribution
31limits of paragraph (a) or this paragraph. Any item not
32expressly identified in this paragraph as nonallocable is a
33contribution in an amount equal to the fair market value of the
34item and must be counted as allocable toward the contribution
35limits of paragraph (a) or this paragraph. Nonallocable, in-kind
36contributions must be reported by the candidate under s. 106.07
37and by the political party under s. 106.29.

39     (e)  An electioneering communications organization may not
40accept a contribution from any other electioneering
41communications organization.
